undefined adjacent cell

please can someone tell me how can i use undefined adjacent cell in performance measurement(M2000).

how i can add objects
and define the thresholds

What do you mean by undefined adjacent cell ? is it dummy neighbours ?

An undefined adjacent cell is a cell which is not configured as adjacent cell in Cell Adjacent
Relationship table but whose BCCH frequency is configured in BA table in BSC data

if were working with BSC6000 i would try Neighbor Cell Level Measurement per Cell but unfortunately i'm working with BSC32 so have to use undefined adjacent cell
