    I cannot see Performance Report in the report menu, is it normal ?

    Performance Data Export belongs to system tasks. Only the members of Administrator's group can modify them.

    It means that PRS is not installed.

    the file will be save at m2000 server or the client ??

    You can find Task Management under Maintenance Menu

    Couldn't do these tasks as my account doesnt have administrative privilege.

    do you please know if the exported format is txt or xml. Would it be possible to share some sample file or possibly file format description?

    Most probably it will be saved on the server itself. If you like I can provide a simple ftp script to transfer it to another destination.

    ask your admin for your access in the root folder in the M2000 server so you can automatically dump it in your own pc.
