    A newly integrated 3G site not picking any HS traffic.What could be the possible reason?

    Are the HS channels unlocked and enabled?

    Do you have the appropriate license to activate HS? Is it HS capable?

    if this is hw. then check DSP CELLCHK to see if nodeB/rnc are HS capable
    then check configuration. If IP, then check IPPATH. if ATM, then check AAL2PATH objects (both sides, nodeB and RNC)

    what is the vendor ?
    check hspa parameters in RNC and Node b
    make sure LK are loaded in WBTS
    check Iub configuration

    More info required

    If HSDPA power allocation is set to fixed make sure it's set to a reasonable non-zero value

    Your not picking HS traffic? it means you can connect but no throughput?or you cant connect at all?
