pause problem & general rep

hi

we are using pause option to avoid driving a road two times.

when tems generate the repots it consider all the pause as dropped calls

whats the problem any idea?

I faced this problem one year ago. When you pause the log file and change the location and after than play it, it goes to drop call. MS wants to connected old cell but you already change your location.

If you dont change your lacation you can pause it. But If you change your location you have to stop your log file.

Check your settings properly and disable dropping a call when it is paused....I know for sure you have this feature on AGilent and presume same for TEMS
