    Dears,

    How to export KPIs formula from M2000/ Custom counter management

    The Export button is always not active (I've tried to use different accounts)

    HI

    If you have your customized KPI formulas in a saved query you can.

    Performance --> Query results --> right click your Query --> click export


    All the kpi formulas assosiated with the respective query can be saved in .xml format

    this provides a detailed report

    it was a problem of account authorizations, one friend export it for me (XML document)
    Kindly advice how to open/ read it as I coudn't understand anything from this type of documents?

    Did you try opening it in Notepad? bcoz I usually open it in notepad and make some minor changes so that same template can be used for different BSC...

    You can read XML formart using internet browser .
    You can compare XML file and modify in them using XML comparator program
