TEMS 10 can't connect GPS Gamin 18X

This is fist visit to Wire Free Alliance for me.
I have little experience for RF work and to improve knowhow.
Could you please recommend and advice my question?

I used TEMS V.10 with SonyEriccson W995 and GPS Gamin 18X but program can't find GPS comport.

Have you tried gps gate with eltima virtual ?
Those software help to connect many kind of garmin gps. Like gps18x,60 and 72.

Below is the quote from TEMS 10 Docs.

I advise you to find any GPS that can give you data in NMEA-0183. There are some Garmin GPSs but your GPS supports only Garmin format ans as you can see is not supported by TEMS 10.

You can also try converting Garmin format to NMEA-0183 with 3rd party software.

You can try GpsGate Client - Products - GpsGate.com (I didn't test it)

TEMS Investigation supports the NMEA-0183 GPS protocol.
Some other GPS units using a different protocol are also compatible with
TEMS Investigation, including the GPS built into the supported PCTel
scanners.

This is the full list of recommended GPS units:
• Bosch/Blaupunkt TravelPilot
• Garmin 10 Mobile Bluetooth (NMEA-0183)
• Garmin 12XL (NMEA-0183)
• Garmin 35 (NMEA-0183)

For poor receiving conditions one of the products Bosch/Blaupunkt
TravelPilot or Magnetti Marelli RoutePlanner can be recommended, since
they have dead reckoning facilities.

i have try tems with garmin gps using gps gate and eltima virtual and the gps works good for me.
Maybe you should try that if you want to use garmin gps

I tried to used GPS Gate software but didn't work,
and shown "No GPS Found"
