Iub issue & Channel Element(CE) shortage counters

Hi Friends,

Could you please help in below cases in E******* WCDMA :

1. Which counter will show us we have congestion ,error,delay in Iub?

2. Which counter will show us we have lack of channel element and need to increase CE resources?

Do you have any Business objects template for this issues
