we need 2G/3G RF Optimisation and Performance engineer - Network Audit Project in middle east

Responsibilities:
* Be the company face in front of client and provide the customer relationship
* Responsible for the project access network leadership
* Team player and people manager
* To present in front of CxO and high level Management and communicate deliverables
* Should make sure that project succeeds in case of any issues
* Coordinate with client related to access network problems and solutions
* Act as coordinator for drive testing engineers
* Perform post-processing of drive test data, collection of other BSS/RNC statistics, call trace, neighbour analysis and other analysis required to find the root causes of Etisalat Mobil network problems
* Make drive test reports, problem reports with their solutions and deliverable presentations for presentation to the client
Requisites:
* More than 6 years in RF optimisation, performance and network audit projects and more than 3 years in lead roles
* Worked for both 2G and 3G (Huawei) technologies in RF optimisation and performance roles
* Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering
* Have managed staff at technical lead level
* Delivered presentations to client
* Detail oriented and team player
