dyn_step_adj=1 for ******** PWRC

Dear expert

In ******** Power control parameters setting , I want ask about the dynamic power control
If dyn_step_adj=1 that meansè enabled (excludes power reduction)

At this case the reduction will cancel at all (there is high Rx level 0 and good Quality)

Meaning the formula of Dynamic power decrease due to high level = fhigh (av_rxlev_xx – u_rxlev_xx_p + pow_red_step_size_xx) “will not be considered in calculation or the power reduction will be based on the pow_red_step_size_xx only .see the attached Pic

We have experience as dyn_step_adj=1 and there is no reduction , can you help me on this ?
