what is the root cause of bsc wide other reasons dcr

Hi!

I like to know what might be causing this problem:

All cells have high dcr with other reasons as main contributor.
However, no fluctuations in availability are found in the cells, no slips, no alarms
Cells involved also doesn't follow a common transmission path.

Anyone who can help? 2g e******* architecture by the way.
