    Default ********-DB-Parameter-Definitions(very important for Optimization-BSS-Drivetest)

    Hi all

    This is very very important Excelsheet containing all DB parameters that control BSC,MSC,Paging,GPRS,DYNET,congestion resolution.....etc&their meanings..........if u read it well U will be Different
