First of all, thank you very much for this insightful share. I've added to your reputation.

I was wondering if you can share some document on Nokia GPRS/EDGE KPIs, I am particularly interested in "PDCH Blocking" or you can say packet radio blocking. I have the documents of related measurements but they do not give the exact signaling charts and much details that i require to formulate this KPI on my own.

I'll really appreciate any help
