we have problem for drop IFHO and HSDPA access and paylod in RNC can any body help..
if we breakdown per cell , HSDPA Access degraded almost all cell 2nd carrier please help reputation will give to you

Give more info. WHat is the vendor. Have you checked whether all functionality are enabled. What is the second carrier configuration i.e how you manage it..
