    I think hailinh0103 should provide more information about attached rar file.

    Attached file is guidelin for GSM network design and optimization written by AIRCOM in 2004.

    I am intrested in optimizing 3G, WiMAX, WiFi, and LTE.
    So, the document slightly disappointed me.
