USER Perceived KPIs

Hi friends,


Can any body please explain what exactly is different between Subscriber perceived KPIs and normal one (Ex. Subscriber perceived TCH Congestion/Drop and TCH congestion/Drop)


Also it is applicable for Data Throughput (Throughput and User Throughput)
