summary for live optimization

hi guys,Is there any summary table for live optimization, that describe which parameters need to be modified at rnc/bsc, or bts/node b level. I am sure it will be helpful for a beginner like me.. thanks.

all parameters are different and is set while creation.

modification is done as per requirement and optimization what kind of parameter do u want to change its depends on you
