LTE has the flat network architecture and physical layer applies OFDM technology, as well as the MIMO, ICIC, etc.
LTE network planning includes coverage, capacity planning. Link budget and capacity estimation are introduced in these slides.
In RNP solution, you can find the introduction of RNP tools, performance enhancement features and other solution that customer will concern, such as the interference avoidance and co-antenna analysis
