Default BFD DOWN (Bidirectional Forwarding Detection)

I have Major alarm BFD Session down in ingress direction for sesion 1 and Critical alarm BFD DOWN. But when I am doing IP connectivity Test via BTS Routing everything is working properly, even I have traffic in site. I can also ping from NPGEP unit. With the same configuration I have another site where BFD is working properly and session is UP.
Someone face with this problem, if yes how to solve it ???

    Hi,

Could you verify if the address for the PSN tunnel on the MAN side match with the remote ip address for the psn tunnel configured in the Flexi? I think this is a configuration issue.

Sure the configuration is OK, the some configuration is working in the other RNC. Also I did SW update for RNC (CD 2.3) and WBTSs (CD3.6 WN5.0_12.4-508) but it didn't help.
Dear blackantt what you mean, which unit to restart ?
