KPI --- confused

Hey everyone,

I am confused ,ı am searching for 3 day and could not reach anything,I think ı need some information and help.

I download E******* KPI paper here and there is many formulas for events.

Successful Call Rate (%) = 100 * (NBANS+NABEFD+NADURD+NAAFTD+NABEFA1+NABEFA2+NTOBEFD+NTODURD+NTOBEFA+NBBUSY+NBOUT+NBNOEX+NCAWNOA+NSPARE12+NSPARE13)/(NCALLS-NSPARE2-NSPARE3)

I could not understand how can I reach.Can I check it for daily ?
or I this is impossible and ı need that parameters (NBANS+NABEFD+NADURD+NAAFTD+NABEFA1+NABEFA2+NTOBEFD+NTODURD+NTOBEFA+NBBUSY+NBOUT+NBNOEX+NCAWNOA+NSPARE12+NSPARE13)/(NCALLS-NSPARE2-NSPARE3) individually for calculate successful call rate.

that I am telling above is only example How can I reach UMTS or WCDMA important KPI ( such as block rate,drop rate etc.) ?Could you please give me candle to light my problem

I read a friend post ,KPIs calculated from statics.So where can ı reach that statics.?
