RX Level Unbalance Alarm- E*******

Dear Experts,

I have an unceasing alarm Rx Level Unbalance on a E******* cell, hardware was checked and everything is working normally, the type of the RBS is 2216 and the configuration of the site is 24(900)||22(1800). the first cell giving the alarm was downgraded recently the site was 44||22 but the cables were connected correctly to have diversity on the downgraded cell. According to a radio expert the configuration 24||22 is not supported in e******* and to cease the alarm i have either to add a dTRU or to stop diversity.
Anyone faced this problem? any suggestion? and can you give the command or parameter to stop diversity in e*******
