does anyone have similar problems, and how did you fix it(if it can be fixed)?
On 3g, while data connection is in progress (eg. openning a web page), cell phone is unavailable for CS traffic(eg. incoming call)?!

Equipment is E// (RNC,RBS)...

You need to purchase and enable related "Speech and Packet Data RAB Combination" optional features to solve this issue. You can purchase the 64k, 384K PS etc. along with CS call per your operator's requirement.
