Just for additional info:
If you check from the counter and found that CPU load of each SPU are not balance (some have high utilization and some CPUs are lower), is not a big problem because SPU can do rebalancing automatically after exceed the threshold (Manual rebalancing is better done to make statitistic shown comfortable). But different with BSC XPU which should be rebalance manually.
