Analyzer through put of HSDPA by main steps :
i. Beginning of session : TCP slow start
ii. HS-DPSCH assigned : Check DL/UL Load, parameter configuration
iii. Low CQI ( channel quality indicator ) <10 : DL Coverage Optimization
iv. High DTX rate >20% : Low scheduling rate, lack of data to transmission
v. High NACK > 20% : Possible NodeB/ATS issue
vi. UE in slow or ping pong BS switching : Mobility issue
