Performance degradation in BSS, can be affected by many factors. As we all know, BSS is comprised of hardware and software equipment. The degradation can be affected by both factors. But here, in Central Java, we try to look for every causes instead of software factors, in order to improve BSS performance in Indosat Central Java as one of our customers.
