Does some one has Huawei UTRAN Recommendation for heavy traffic about RAN11. I mean:
Parameter Tuning Before Heavy Traffic
RNC Overload Control
SPU Board CPU Load Sharing Function
Low Priority Tasks Flow Control
Flow Control Parameter Optimization
N300 Parameter Value
Periodic Location and Routing Update Timer
Sending Paging Message Using TMSI
Access Class Restriction
CN Overload Control
Emergency Situation Solutions
Very High SPU Board Load and Few Users Can Make Calls
Low SPU Board Load, Very High RRC Connection Request Message Number And Many Users Can’t Make Calls.
Iu Interface SAAL Link Congestion Alarm
No Traffic In One SPU Board Or In One SPU Subsystem

I tried to download the docuemtn and it has been downloaded successfully, please try to download it again evenif using another PC.

Does any one face same problem?
