Synchronization in a bsc6810 Full IP network

Hello:
I have one question, in a full IP Huawei network, the nb's can work without external synchronization for 90 days without service impact, using the internal clock.
The question is what about the RNC??, if the RNC lost the synchronization how long can it work???
