Most_important 3GPP Specs for UMTS Optimization

Hi all,

I have bundled some important and useful 3GPP specifications. These are the specs that I used a lot in my last UMTS optimisation jobs.
Some are a bit out of date already but you can download the latest version for free from the 3GPP website (i.e. just go to the 3GPP webpage and download the latest version from spec 25331 in case you need a later than version v840)

In case you dont know which specs you need or if you dont want to download one after the other just use these links:
