Can we use MCPA together with TMA in one sector?

I need your experience. can we use a MCPA (put at BTS floor) together with TMA. I am studying to use MCPA to expand site's coverage. I dont want to hang a MCPA at the top (tower laod limitation) but I would like to get a better UL as well by use TMA. I dont know are there any impact if I config like this.
- Can TMA have a limitation to recieve high power from MCPA.
- The noise rise will double or not?

I have trial this config, and found a increase of SDCCH assignment fail/ UL quality is worse (more HO cause from UL quality)

What is the optimum way?
