Getting started as a cell field engineer

I have several years experience in telco data transport T-1 & 3 and some fiber OC-3 to OC-12. A good majority of what I did was bringing T-1's to cell sites. I enjoyed being a field tech at the telco but would like to transition to the cell industry. I see plenty of jobs looking for E******* UTMS / LTE techs. Where do I start? Any training available on E******* equipment available to those on the outside through 3rd party vendors, schools, etc.? Thanks for the help.
