    Default WCEL MAXIMUM DL POWER

    Hello anybody,

I just wonder if somebody can share information about using 40W (CPICH=36dBm) output power in there UMTS2100 network.
Do we need MHA in this configuration? Link balance is OK? Any drawback in using this configuration? Gain?

Do you need this for capacity or for coverage?
Are you going to use it on all sites?
Would you like to use it in rural areas or in towns?
Would you like to use more power on HSDPA?
How many frequencies are you using on sites?

There is more reasons to use higher output power.
