It's a new version containing also the plugins for the new Flexipacket links.
It's an ISO image, you can burn it on a cd or use a virtual drives.

i wanna read the help first an then download this large file.
please explain for me in detail about this terminal or upload html help.

Not possible cause the help file is inside the server of the soft.
It's a tool to commision NSN radio links.
