about GSM-R fiel-testing

China Railway GSM-R network (channel 1000-1020) field testing need to sample every 4cm.it means to sample 2500 points each second when the train running at 360KM/H.Now just willtek 8301 scanner is used for field testing,becasue willtek said 8301 can sample 100K points in one second(but only scan one channel,GSM-R used 20 channels).But 8301's data outport is RS232( only 57.6k bps=7.2k Byte/s) ,RS232 cannot output the test dada in time.8301 cannot suport more than 100km/h indeed. Some customer also use RS Romes with ESPI in GSM-R field test,but it is expensive and scan only one channel one time. anyone can advise a fast scanner to match this requirement?
