Tutorial Video for BSS???

can someone share some tutorial videos for some basic activities of BSS... like E1 patching / BER testing and stuff.....a little help will be highly appreciated...i am myself not related to BSS directly but am really interested in looking how things work at their end....i really miss the time when there was just one dept called System Engineering Dept which almost did everything ...Now we are like confined to such a small domain....anyone who has an experience please help...
