Does anyone know how the Reporting Suite(RS) XML upload report page works.

Please I would like a full explanation or direction to a document that describes its full functionality.

Because if possible I would like to create my own report and upload in RS.

Reporting Suite XML upload report page is used to create your own personalized KPIs report to show in reporting suite.
so yes you can customize your own report in RS by creating an xml with all the KPIs that you wish to get there readings and stats.
