Is IntraCell AMR TCHF-TCHH traffic threshold.you can find it in Handover parameter.

if you have LMT in you machine you have help which gives total parameter .

TCHBUSYTHRES TCH Traffic Busy Threshold SET GCELLCHMGAD(Optional)
AMRTCHHPRIORLOAD AMR TCH/H PriorCell Load Threshold SET GCELLCHMGAD(Optional).

TCHBUSYTHRES is used in place of FRL/FRU in Huawei & AMRTCHHPRIORLOAD in case of AMR. AMRTCHHPRIORLOAD should always be less than TCHBUSYTHRES.
