    Default Call drop

    Hi.
    if two call are running on a single time slot on half rate.and if one call is dropped..does id come under call drop rate.which kpi do we analyse for this

    If your system is Huawei:

    Call Drop Ratio on TCHF per cell (RM317)
    Call Drop Ratio on TCHH per cell (RM327)

    Check the Layer 3 message ..and check the measurement control messages ..try to analyze them carefully you will find the reason

    Call drops reason can be of due radio llink failure (mean RLT time out) cause bad radio enviorment,need to check frequency plan,hardware failure, VSWR more then 1.5
    Lapd call drops due to transmission link fluctuation
    Handover failure call drops due to missing neighbor, need to PBGT margins, Frequency plan
    Transcoder drops.
