Different vendor (Eric,Nsn,Huw..) Experiance Needed

Hi All,

I request from optimizers and planners from different vendors and operators to give some idea how the things goes in live networks.

There is lot of information on different materials on this forum (which helped a lot) but very less information of working experiace.

If someone is working for Nokia:

How you generate the reports
What are the reports you generate
what information each reports gives
what are the tools been used
etc.....

I think it gives more confidence for frehsers and getting to know about different vendors for experianced.

Please find the NOKIA 2G OPTIMIZATION, which got good information on reports and the solution for the problems.
