HSDPA with simultaneously AMR feature

I didn’t success to enable HSDPA with simultaneously AMR feature on NSN.


I changed parameters details are below:

ADJS: RTWithHSDPAHopsIdentifier was defined for all cells

WCEL: RTWithHSDPAFmcgIdentifier was defined for all cells
RTWithHSDPAFmcsIdentifier was defined for all cells
RTWithHSPAFmcsIdentifier was defined for all cells
RTWithHSDPAFmciIdentifier was defined for 2nd carrier cells.

HSDPA Enabled on all cells. # of Licenses are greater than # of sites.

After that when I tried to enable AMRWithHSDSCH parameter I got this error message.

RNC RNW database update: failure
Error 17599 HSDPA HOPS identifier for AMR multi-service must be defined for outgoing additional intra-frequency adjacent cell of HSDPA enabled cell while RNC supports AMRWithHSDSCH.

Anything is missing? What do you think?
