I already thought to this idea, and I think it's logical.
I hope managers of this forum will find a tip in order to give a helping push those who want to try their chances abroad.

There's another important point which we can share
THE EXPECTED SALARY @ DIFFERENT COUNTRIES

Each one could advice the others by the expected salary in his country according to the living cost , etc
