My friends, did you work in model tuning projects??????
If yes, and using Aircom_Asset tool

Please tell me for urgent: what did you do with the through clutter loss (dB/km) and clutter offset (dB)? What ‘s the concept of editing these parameters? When I should give it negative and positive values? What does it mean?
