Can you re-phrase the question. PBCCH can be defined on any slot in GPRS/EGPRS except on TS0, which is reserved for BCCH.

In E******* BSC there is parameter "TN7BCCH" which will allow to define E/GPRS BPC on BCCH TRX

actually this parameter is useful when EDGE is deployed because of the back-off downilk transmission power whener 8-PSK modulation is used instead of GMSK. TS0 is always GMSK hence always fixed power (no power back off)
