KPI's formulas for Huawei BSC32 AND BSC6000

please, can someone help to find the formulas of the following KPIs (for Huawei's BSC32 and BSC6000) :

1. TCH Congestion Rate
2. TCH availibility Rate
3. Call setup success rate
4. Call drop rate
5. BSS Call drop rate
6. SDCCH drop rate
7. Ho Inc success rate
8. Ho Out success rate

and also give me the threshold defined by huawei for each KPI.

and for the threshold is as other vendor but also it depend on your customer requirement .

There is no difference for main KPI just in BSC6000 new KPI added which was not exist in BSC32.
