    sorry the attachment did not attach, i don't know what is the problem.
    maybe i will have to upload it in another tread.
    i am getting this message each time i try to re upload the doc.
    Upload File This forum is not accepting new attachments

    josogun, check the format you are trying to attach. In the "Manage Attachments" window, at the bottom, you will note that the forum only accepts bmp, gif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, rar and txt file formats. So if you have a pdf document you need to rar it up first.

    the file i want to upload is a .rar file.
    I still try it today but not successful.
    i try a similar file but now successful.
    i truly appreciate your support.
    Guys attached is a similar doc for frequency planning.
