    Default E******* WCDMA - NBAP_Common_Measurements

    Dear Colleagues,

Does anyone observe problem with NBAP_Common_Measurement_Report in E******* WCDMA network P7 release?

We are trying to get measurements related to DL TX Carrier Power.
According to all specs for HS enabled cells two measurements should exist:
    1. R99 DL Tx power (Non-HS).
    2. HS-required power (HS only).

But according to measurement results based on GPEH where I'm collecting NBAP Common Measurement reports and RNC_Internal_Radio_Quality_Measurement_RNH events, I'm observing that R99 DL Tx power seems getting reasonable values, while HS-required power or equal 0 or something within 0.1% of total available power.

Comparison to NodeB performance counters pmTransmittedCarrierPower, pmTransmittedCarrierPowerHS and pmTransmittedCarrierPowerNonHS shows that HS DL Tx power has much more significant values and it seems that it is true once analysing the data volume transmitted on HS.

The main question, is any known error in E******* NBAP common measurement reports exists and is any correction or workaround to measure DL Tx carrier power via GPEH?

BTW, all other event that contains power measurements have same problem (Internal 451, Internal 386, NBAP Common MR and etc.)

Performance counters are well known, but we looking for single data source like GPEH, which contains some additional correlated in time data for network resource control.

    Best regards,
