IP Bandwidth
Could anyone tell me what is an IP BANDWIDTH?

It could be bandwidth on L3 level. Which is basically physical bandwith minus L2 overhead (if it's IP over ethernet, L2 overhead is ethernet frame foreword and checksum) and minus L3 overhead (IP packet header).
Such bandwidth depends on many factors, one should not take it as fixed (constant).
