I need help to analyse some Nemo log files :

1- I need to know causes of dorpped calls and failures

2- I need preconisation to solve this problems.

Find attached :

1- Log files : nmf.1 2G mobile Nokia 6230, nmf.2 3G mobile N96 dual mode.

hi Jason182,

i take a short look of your logfiles and it seems that all dropped call was caused by coverage (signal strength) issue..causing the MS cannot decode SACCH message resulting the network release the connection (Radio Link Timer finished its counter). Even the candidate neighbour in the list was very weak (above -98 dBm). perhaps high blocking or earth contour causing it...(i just guessing it..)
Maybe you could change the antenna tilt/orientation which correspond to cell that contribute the failures.
i wasn't load your network data either, so perhaps you can do some initial check such as : alarm for VSWR problem, BTS Tx power (is it already in full power), cross/swap feeder (full swap or partial). CMIIW
Hope this can help you to investigate further and later can solved it.
