Pls elaborate if this lose traffic was cause by Call Drop,Handover Failure, or failure of Call Set-up...

Traffic loss = Traffic offered - Traffic carried

Traffic carried : is a real traffic counted over a day

Traffic offered : Traffic carried / (1-Call blocking rate)

all those idicator should be calculated over the same granularity period (1 day; 1 Hour ; ...etc)

Just check the cell with congestion higher that your GOS ( may be 2% or higher) this is traffic loss
