I have the data transcript to declare the new site but I can not understand the parameters above. For example, why BSPWR =55, BSRXMIN=150 ? What value is good, what is unacceptable ?

alex has defined default value for the parameters. i suggest you go with the defaults first then try adjusting gradually..

but first, you must understand that default value. Why we set that value ? why we dont set another value? I think the optimization teams have the documents.
