Load Sharining Transcoder

Dear Experts,

I want to Know process or Algorithm for load sharing when your BSC connected more than Transcoders. And also if someone have Abis optimization document for Huawei, NSN and E******* will helpful.

i dont know if Transcoder can be load sharing...
Today i handle NSN Equipment
And as long as i know
that one transcoder only can handle one BSC...
but one BSC can can hadle 2 or more transcoder

but if u ask about the module that do transcoding (adaption bit rate) in XCDR Rack..
yup i agree, that today NSN do that..
and it hadle by MSB module with load sharing system..
