GSM KPI REPORT HELP NEEDED(FILTER 98 DBM)

My drive files have 3 device .
1)Short call 30 sec active and 15 sec idle
2)Long Call 120 sec and 15 sec idle
3)EGPRS data call downloading 2 MB file

I have to generate kPI report with spatial binning of 20 meter where i should select sample better than 98 dbm level from drive data.

is it in a plot of in statistics?
you can use mapinfo to query sample better than 98 dBm

just use query in mapinfo..
query--> SQL select-->select table--> select column of rxlev-> and then at where condition box (rxlev<-98) and then press enter..--> delete..
